We will email your PDF certification card to the address you provided immediately after you complete the course.

Is online training an approved way to earn a certification?

Yes. Training online is not only an approved way to earn your certification but also saves you time. Our clients range from nurses, dentists, physicians, chiropractors, teachers, foster parents, industrial workers, healthcare professionals, and many others. You are responsible for asking your employer if they accept online certifications.

How long is each course?

Courses range in duration as they are self-paced, but you can expect courses to take up to 2hrs.

What if I fail a quiz?

You may retry each quiz as many times as necessary to pass.

How long does my certification last?

Your certification lasts for two years.

Are your certificates approved by my employer and/or the state?

Our certification and coursework align with AHA and ECC/ILCOR guidelines. You are responsible for confirming with your employer whether they accept online certifications.

What are my payment options?

Our automated system uses PayPal’s Purchase Protection and Anti-Fraud Technology for consumers and businesses. This added layer of security offers both parties greater confidence in the transaction process. Or, you can pay with a debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account.

I didn’t receive my certificate. How can I obtain it?

If you didn’t receive your Certificate, it’s possible the certificate was caught by your spam folder or blocked by a firewall. Please contact us and we’ll send you a copy of your certificate.
